Consett is the name of the town where Firefly New Media are based.
The town is located in the hills of North East England, close to Durham, Newcastle, and Sunderland.
We did market research in early 2012 to find out what type of local content the people of Consett would like to read if there was a new free magazine available in the town. The magazine is available as a free download from today.
The results concluded the need for a local magazine and Consett Magazine was born.
The magazine is available both in print and on the web from the start of August 2012.
